    3. Individual medical records, biomedical specimens, and biometric information, including any information on any worker or patient/medical research subject’s health, disability, disease or product interests;
    4. Reports of individual background checks;
    5. Data elements revealing race, ethnicity, national origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data where processed to uniquely identify a person, any information that concerns medical or health conditions or sex life, or information relating to the commission of a criminal offense sex life or sexual orientation, and information relating to the commission of a criminal offense
  6. "Usage Data" refers to personal information collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Website or from the Website infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  7. "You" means the person accessing or using the Website.

We cannot verify your personal identity from this information.  We do not use Cookies to record passwords or credit card or other financial information.  We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information for the following purposes:

    • To answer your questions and response to and process inquiries
    • Adding your email address to our calendar
  • To manage your subscriptions, such as:
    • Manage your content subscriptions

  • To enable automatic population of all calendar events on your personal device.  These event populations will occur frequently and based on our discretion. Subject to change:  every 30 days, events for the upcoming month will be populated and the previous events will be removed from your personal devices.
  • To send administrative and promotional emails.
  • For use in our marketing.
  • To allow personalized ads and create audiences for third-party advertisers
  • To create broader findings with aggregate and deidentified data
    • Aggregate or deidentify information so that it can no longer identify you, as defined under applicable laws.
    • Better understand and represent our users using deidentified data, such as to measure ad performance, create advertising interest-based segments, or compile survey results.
  • To ensure legal compliance, such as:
    • Comply with legal requirements,
    • Assist law enforcement,

Third-party analytics and other service providers may set and access their own Tracking Technologies on your Device and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you, potentially including Personal Information, about you. We are not responsible for those third party technologies or activities arising out of them. However, some may offer you certain choices regarding their practices, and information we have been informed of regarding such choices is available in Section 6 below. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of or compliance with any third parties’ opt-out options.

For online payments using credit, debit, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Venmo and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payouts, we use the third party payment services of Shopify (https://www.shopify.com/) and Recharge (https://rechargepayments.com/). To simplify the ordering process for you on your next order, we save the last four digits of your credit card, the expiration date of your credit card, the credit card type, your first and last name, your shipping and billing address, and a token identifier to match your information to your full credit card number, which is stored by our payment services. We do not store your full credit card number or your CVV2 number (the 3 to 4 digit security code on your card). We do not have access to your full credit card number, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay data stored by Shopify Payments. We may disclose Personal Information that we collect, or that you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • For the purposes for which you provided it.

  • As required by law; for example with our professional advisors, lawyers, insurers, regulators and other authorities, or as we think necessary to protect our organization or others from injury (e.g., in response to a court order or subpoena, in response to a law enforcement agency request, or when we believe that someone is causing, or is about to cause, injury to or interference with another person’s rights or property).

Are There Other Ways My Personal Information Can Be Shared?

If you decide to do so, you understand and agree that we are not responsible for any harm that may result from your decision to share information through and beyond the Website. We do not control Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other third party' website, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies and practices. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.


Your Rights

Content Opt-Out

You may “opt-out” of any newsletters or promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication you receive. We may continue to send you communications regarding the Services, such as notices about administrative updates, transaction reports, and changes to the Services, this Policy or the Terms of Service.


European Privacy Rights

This subsection applies to you only if you reside in a jurisdiction where the GDPR applies.

If you reside or otherwise find yourself in the European Economic Area (EEA), RSNA is committed to process your personal data lawfully and facilitate the exercise of your rights granted by the European General Data Protection regulation (GDPR). You can contact us at any time to discuss your privacy concerns.

If an Individual is a EU or Swiss citizen and feels that TradrCal is not abiding by the terms of this Notice, please contact TradrCal at the contact information provided below. If any request remains unresolved, you may contact the national data protection authority for your EU Member State.

Legal Basis For Data Collection and Use

We only collect and use personal data when there is a fair and legal basis for its collection and use, for instance, when the collection of personal data is necessary to receive the services provided by TradrCal, to meet our legitimate interests to send promotional material, to comply with legal obligations or when we have your authorization. See below the legal basis for each collection:

  • Promotional/Marketing activities: Consent for email marketing; our legitimate interests for marketing conducted other than through email or phone call; 
    • Business information: necessity to enter into a contract or for the performance of a contract; and
    • Information collected automatically: consent

    Privacy Rights Under The European Regulation

    • Transparency and the right to information
      • We provide notice to our members, website users and other third parties who interact with us of how we use personal data in our day-to-day activities at the time of collecting personal data, or as soon thereafter as possible. We also publish this privacy notice for a greater transparency.
    • Right to access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, and data portability
      • If you are based in the EEA we provide you with access to your own personal data. In addition, we will rectify your personal data when it is incorrect or inaccurate, and we will ensure the right to erasure, portability and to restriction of processing when these rights are not incompatible with other legal obligations. 
    • Right to object and withdraw consent at any time
      • For all marketing materials, you can opt-out anytime, and free of charge. The right to object for other processing activities will be balanced to ensure that it is not incompatible with local regulations or our legitimate interests. These requests should be submitted as follows:
        • Opt-out of marketing communications: you can opt-out anytime by following the opt-out instructions in our commercial e-mails or contacting us. You will still continue to receive emails relevant to course registrations or purchases (e.g. registration confirmations or purchase receipts) or necessary to your continued membership in RSNA (e.g. dues notices).
        • To exercise the rest of your rights, contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below.

    In order to fulfil this request, we may require you provide us information to verify your identity and specify your request. We will attend to your request in a timely manner within 30 days after receiving your request. If for any reason we need to extend this period of time, we will contact you.

    If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.


    Data Retention

    We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements.


    Accuracy and Correction

    We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to minimize the risk of inaccuracies in Personal Information, and will correct inaccurate Personal Information at your verifiable request.

    Security of Your Personal Information

    We have implemented measures, including two-factor authentication, to help protect your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

    Unfortunately, no method of transmitting information over the internet or storing it electronically is 100% secure. Although we have endeavored to create and source a secure and reliable Website, we cannot—and we do not—guarantee the confidentiality, security, integrity, or availability of any Personal Information transmitted to or from us over the Internet and/or stored electronically. In all situations, you should carefully consider whether and how to provide Personal Information to someone else (including us). All transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.     Access to Personal Information at TradrCal LLC is limited to workforce members who need it to do their job. TradrCal will implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to minimize the risk of unauthorized use and disclosure.

    If we discover an unauthorized use or disclosure of Personal Information or a security incident, we will promptly assess our responsibilities under applicable law and take all required actions.

    We may modify this Policy at any time. We will post the revised policy on this Website, which will be effective as soon as it is posted. We suggest you periodically review this Policy for any changes. You can determine when this Policy was last revised by referring to the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.     Disputes

    This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions).  You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of our Services, shall be in the federal court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, within one (1) year after the claim arises.  Each party waives any objections based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above.  Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in the courts identified above. 


    All such disputes are subject to binding arbitration by a United States Arbitration & Mediation (“USA&M”) neutral according to the USA&M Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered thereon. If a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award, or fails to comply with arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled of costs of suit including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
